Amazing Glazing Services began with David’s years of experience, dedication, and leadership in the commercial glazing industry. Before starting the company, David worked as a Master Glazier for several glazing companies, traveling across the country and supervising major luxury projects, including the MGM Grand and CityCenter in Las Vegas.

Working with different companies on complex, high-profile projects gave David a strong understanding of what it takes to build and manage a successful glazing workforce. He gained valuable experience in manpower planning, project coordination, job-site safety, quality control, scheduling, and communication. After years of helping other companies complete large-scale projects, David decided to use that knowledge and experience to build a company of his own.

Today, Amazing Glazing Services is a thriving company that organizes skilled manpower for commercial and luxury glazing projects across the country. Depending on the needs of each project, we provide general superintendents, safety professionals, journeymen, and apprentices. Our experienced team members travel to projects in cities throughout the United States, with travel expenses and premium hotel accommodations covered.

 

As CEO, David is personally involved in sales, client relationships, manpower coordination, and overall project planning. Although he remains closely involved with every project, he is not on the job site every day. David typically travels to the site at the beginning of a project to help launch the job, establish expectations, and make sure the appropriate team is in place. He also returns for project completion and closeout. If an urgent issue or emergency arises during the project, he is available to travel to the site when needed.

(Depending on client needs) The day-to-day job-site responsibilities are managed by the experienced professionals assigned to each project. Their work may include coordinating crews, conducting safety meetings, reviewing schedules and work areas, communicating with contractors and other trades, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, identifying field concerns, and helping keep the project on schedule. Throughout every assignment, safety, quality, and communication remain the company's highest priorities.

Behind the scenes, Tracy and her team keep the business organized and running smoothly. She manages bookkeeping, scheduling, records, administrative responsibilities, and the many daily office details required to support the company’s clients and traveling workforce.

 

Together, David and Tracy have turned years of glazing experience into a dependable nationwide operation.
